Due to Zapateros announcement of general elections in Spain, we need to reschedule the Car Corso from Sunday, Nov 20th to Nov 27th 2011.

Fiesta Día de la Cruz
On May 3rd Tenerife celebrates the day of the Cross: Crosses on the houses are festively decorated with flowers. In municipalities that include the word “Cruz” in their name, it is public holiday, including Puerto de la Cruz.

Starmus Festival
The STARMUS FESTIVAL is a unique scientific, artistic and musical event that will 
take place in Tenerife, an astronomical paradise in Spain.
The Festival, held between 21 and 26 March, 2011, is the brainchild of Dr. Garik Israelian, an astrophysicist at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (Canarian Astrophysics Institute, IAC) and is timed to honour the legendary Cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, who became the first man in space fifty years ago.
